Legal services on this site are provided by Mary Wambui Kimani, Solicitor of England & Wales (SRA No. 805444), who is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and entered on the Solicitors Regulation Authority register.

What that means for you

Being regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority means the practice must meet the same professional standards whatever its size. It carries professional indemnity insurance that meets the SRA's minimum terms and conditions, standing behind the advice given.

The practice does not hold client money. Money that arises — for example, in the administration of an estate — is handled through the executor's or administrator's own account rather than held by the practice, and the arrangement for your matter is confirmed with you before work begins.

If something goes wrong and cannot be resolved directly, there is an independent route of complaint through the Legal Ombudsman, and, for matters of professional conduct, the SRA itself. Full detail is on the complaints page.
